Five useful stages

Know what happens next.

You do not need to know every detail before contacting us. The first conversation helps establish what information or visit is needed for the quote.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the property

Call or use the free quote form with the postcode, property type, rooms or areas to clear, access notes and any useful photos.

  2. 02

    Receive a free quotation

We confirm the details, visit when the job needs it and provide a written, no-obligation quotation for the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Choose the clearance date

Once you are happy with the quote, we agree access and a suitable date around the sale, tenancy, move or family arrangements.

  4. 04

    We clear and sort

The agreed areas are cleared carefully. Reusable, recyclable and saleable items are separated where practical as the work progresses.

  5. 05

    Tidy finish and invoice

We leave the cleared areas tidy, confirm the job is complete and issue the invoice for the amount agreed in writing.

What happens to the contents

Everything does not automatically become waste.

We assess items as part of the clearance and separate them into the most practical route available. The exact outcome depends on condition, demand and what can responsibly be handled.

Rehome

Useful household items may be passed on where a suitable route is available.

Resell

Saleable items can be identified rather than discarded without thought.

Recycle

Materials are separated for recycling where practical.
